The recent boom in the Asian aviation industry has put a lot of pressure on the industry to train well qualified pilots. The skies are busier than ever before, and aircraft have more sophisticated equipment than ever before. Never before have there been so many opportunities in aviation, and never before has high quality flight training been more important.
HM Aviation has developed a flight training program which not only meets the needs of today's airlines, but greatly exceeds them. The HM program takes an aspiring pilot with no experience, and turns him or her into a highly sought after candidate.
The student will first discuss their career plans with a career Councillor from HM Aviation, who will assist them in choosing the program and career path that is right for them. Next, the student will undergo a brief interview to ensure they understand the requirements of a career in aviation. From there, they are ready to begin training.
First the student will undergo an orientation where they will tour the facility and be introduced to the instructors, and meet their fellow students. The students will first take ground school. Subjects include: theory of flight, meteorology, air law, human factors, and flight operations. This will give the students excellent preparation for the ground school and exams in their host country.
Students will also take sessions on the flight simulator. This introduces them to the sensation of flight. Although challenging, students find this to be a most enjoyable phase of training.
Next, the students will travel to their host country. HM Aviation sends students to Canada, the United States, South Africa, and New Zealand for flight training. This not only provides adventure, but exposes the student to international flying under various conditions. These countries provide the highest quality flight training available. Flying experience in another country is extremely valuable to an airline. Students also have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and make friendships lasting a lifetime.
Upon returning to India, the students are prepared for the airline's selection process. This involves group and individual interviews, aptitude testing and simulator evaluations. HM Aviation has acquired an A-320 simulator which prepares students for a simulator evaluation, and introduces them to the sensation of flying a heavy jet. HM Aviation also offers employment assistance.
For those serious about a lucrative career in aviation, there is no better choice than HM Aviation. The airlines are impressed with the HM Aviation's training program, making HM Aviation graduates highly sought after in the industry. There has never been a better time!
